“The Age of Insight” is a book written by the Austrian neuroscientist and Nobel Prize winner Eric Kandel. The book takes us to Vienna 1900, illustrating how leaders in science, medicine, and art began a revolution that changed how we think about the human mind — our conscious and unconscious thoughts — and how human cognition and emotions relate to art.
